Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of advisory services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client requirements to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Develop and manage the budget for commercialization and technology transfer activities, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources.
• Lead, develop, and manage teams and consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory solutions.
• Translate commercialization and technology transfer strategies into actionable operational plans and oversee their effective implementation.
• Build and manage relationships with teams and consultants, including overseeing negotiations and contracts to ensure successful partnerships and service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of integrated advisory services.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee and drive the successful execution of projects and initiatives, ensuring high standards and maximizing the impact of commercialization and technology transfer efforts.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to teams and consultants in setting priorities, managing timelines, and executing responsibilities effectively.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years.
