Administrator IT Quality – QA Lead Full Time NEW

About the Role:

We are looking for an Administrator IT Quality – QA Lead to support Strategic Projects by managing and executing end-to-end software quality assurance activities.

The role will be responsible for test planning, test execution, defect management, QA reporting, and supporting quality standards across software projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, with the ability to guide QA activities and work closely with development and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end quality assurance activities across software projects.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
• Execute and oversee manual and automated testing cycles.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, mobile, web, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects until resolution.
• Work closely with development teams to validate fixes and ensure quality delivery.
• Support QA engineers across manual and automation testing activities.
• Drive test automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Prepare testing reports, defect reports, and QA metrics for stakeholders and management.
• Evaluate project requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Identify quality risks early and recommend mitigation actions.
• Support the implementation of QA standards, processes, and best practices.
• Promote a quality-focused approach across project teams.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
• Experience in API testing, mobile testing, and web application testing.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, or JMeter.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to prepare clear testing reports, defect reports, and quality metrics.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working on banking, financial services, or large-scale technology projects.
• Experience supporting automation frameworks and improving QA processes.
• ISTQB certification or relevant QA/testing certifications are a plus
