Alsina is growing — and we’re on the lookout for a Administrative Sales: This role upports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating back office sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team on a daily basis
• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, contracts, and invoices
• Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems
• Manage documentation related to sales processes and ensure accuracy
• Handle customer inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate sales representative
• Support reporting activities (sales reports, forecasts, KPIs)
• Liaise with logistics and operations to ensure order fulfillment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience (3 years at least) in a sales support or administrative role (preferred)
• Degree or training in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM systems are a plus
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude
