Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and hardworking Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
Manage company emails, correspondence, and doent filing.
Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and other business doents.
Handle phone calls and customer inquiries professionally.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow up with clients.
Maintain company records and databases accurately.
Marketing Duties
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Create and manage social media content and company communications.
Support customer engagement and lead generation activities.
Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding marketing initiatives.
Help prepare marketing materials and presentations.
Requirements
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional email writing and business communication skills.
Good customer relationship and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Hardworking, responsible, and well-organized.
Experience in an IT company, computer hardware, software, networking, or IT services will be considered an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa preferred.
