Organize and manage all incoming mail, calls, and correspondence, ensuring proper tracking and timely responses.
Screen phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional and appropriate manner.
Record minutes of meetings, ensure they are documented for every meeting, circulate them to concerned parties, and follow up on action items and implementation.
Follow up on the gold production cycle by coordinating with production supervisors to ensure each stage is completed and smoothly progresses to the next phase.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents required by the Head of Department.
Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.
Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Expert in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
