Role Description This is a remote contract role for an Administration Support professional. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative support to project teams and leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining records. The Administration Support professional will assist with coordinating virtual events, tracking project documentation, and supporting internal communication and reporting. Responsibilities also include handling inquiries from internal stakeholders, updating databases or internal tools, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to internal processes, and proactive follow-up to keep activities on track in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Support and Communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical Skills to organize information, prioritize tasks, and support data-driven administrative decisions.
• Experience with Technical Support and Troubleshooting to help resolve basic system, tool, or access issues related to administrative processes.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar), calendar and meeting software, and document management systems.
• High attention to detail, reliability in handling sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in administrative, operations, or project support roles is preferred; experience in technology or consulting environments is an advantage.
• Relevant vocational training, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience in administration, business, or a related field.
