Job Description
- Walk through sites and inspect exterior & interior truck components.
- Enter all inspection data from Forms into the master Excel database on the same day of inspection.
- Generate weekly and monthly trend reports showing most frequent problems by truck model, year, and site using pivot tables and charts.
- Maintain a “critical issues” log for immediate action by the QA Manager.
- Support the Inspection Engineer with data retrieval for root cause analysis of recurring problems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or field coordination (preferred)
- Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
- University graduate (Commerce, Arts, Business Administration, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas)
- Ability to use a camera or smartphone for high-quality photo documentation
- Basic knowledge of truck parts (able to identify lights, mirrors, seats, tires, chassis, steps)
- Familiarity with Google Forms or simple databases
- Good organizational and time management skills
