Your Impact

The Accounting Executive plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company, assisting in various accounting tasks under the guidance of the Accounting Team Leader. He/ She contributes to maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the Accounting team in day-to-day accounting activities.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
• Help prepare basic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Specialist and other team members to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, organizing documents, and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in other accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
• Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
• Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

What To Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 0-1 years of experience in Accounting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
