Job Description

• Support daily accounting tasks, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and accounting documents.
• Follow up on supplier statements, client balances, pending payments, and missing documents.
• Maintain organized filing for invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts, and related records.
• Assist in tracking accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare simple accounting summaries, reports, and follow-up tables.
• Coordinate with accounting, procurement, operations, and project teams.
• Draft and format emails, letters, and administrative correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when needed.
• Maintain trackers for payments, invoices, deadlines, and management action points.
• Assist management with reminders, calendar coordination, and daily follow-ups.
• Ensure verbal instructions and pending matters are properly documented and followed up in writing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Good Software, Research, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Good English communication
• Experience in construction or contracting is a plus
• Experience with Accounting Software and Invoicing
• Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organization and scheduling
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle financial records accurately
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
