Account Manager (Luxury) Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager with a strong sense of design and a passion for high-end products. This role blends sales, client relationship management, and creative design, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with B2B/corporate clients
• Proactively reach out to new business opportunities
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Create layouts and product integrations using AutoCAD
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (architects, contractors, etc.)
• Oversee after-sales service, including maintenance scheduling, site visits, and inspections
• Propose and manage service agreements in coordination with technical teams

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (sales, account management, or related field)
• Background in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred (other backgrounds considered with strong design sense and AutoCAD skills)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A keen eye for luxury, aesthetics, and detail
• Strong digital aptitude — able to quickly understand and work with digital tools, platforms, and systems
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
