We organize high-level international conferences, executive delegations, and business development activities in fields such as Cybersecurity, Smart Cities, Defense, Homeland Security, Healthcare, and Emerging Technologies.

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Conferences & International Business Development Division.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with Israeli technology companies and present the value of participating in international conferences, executive delegations, and business development programs.
• Identify and qualify relevant companies based on the focus areas of each event, including Cybersecurity, Smart Cities, Defense, HealthTech, AI, and more.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through meetings, negotiations, closing, and payment collection.
• Conduct business discussions with CEOs, founders, and senior executives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and technology companies.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales – mandatory.
• Strong ability to conduct high-level business conversations with CEOs, founders, and senior decision-makers.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for success and results.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment.
• Interest in technology and innovation; familiarity with technology sectors is a significant advantage.
