Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Account Manager Intern to support partner relationships, operational workflows, and business process improvements.
This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, operations, partnerships, and technology-driven businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and activation of new partners.
Maintain communication with existing partners and assist with day-to-day operational needs.
Monitor booking workflows and ensure smooth operational execution.
Help manage operational notifications, automations, and internal processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve operational issues.
Assist in documenting and improving business processes.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
