**About the Role**
We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager to own client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You’ll be the operational bridge between our clients and our delivery team, ensuring projects move smoothly and clients see clear value every month.
This is a remote position. You must have proven experience working with clients in the GCC region and understand the business culture, communication style, and expectations of Gulf-based companies.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage a portfolio of 8–15 active client accounts across the GCC and Egyptian markets
• Lead client onboarding: kickoff meetings, expectation alignment, project scoping
• Run weekly and bi-weekly client check-ins; deliver clear performance updates
• Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, design, content, media buying) to ensure on-time delivery
• Translate client feedback into actionable briefs for the production team
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities; lead contract renewal conversations
• Track client health metrics: satisfaction, retention, response time, project NPS
• Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights and next-step recommendations
• Resolve client concerns proactively before they escalate
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and project management tools
**Required Qualifications**
• Minimum 3 years of account management or client success experience
• Proven experience working with clients in the GCC region (Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Qatar) — this is essential
• Fluent Arabic (essential) — including comfort with Gulf and/or Egyptian dialects in spoken communication
• Professional English (essential)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing: social media, paid ads, content, branding
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar)
• Comfortable using reporting platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar)
• Reliable remote work setup: stable internet, professional video call environment, time-zone alignment with GCC business hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Previous agency-side experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience working across F&B, healthcare, retail, or e-commerce verticals
• Background in handling premium or enterprise-level GCC clients
