💡 What Youβll Do:
β’ Identify businesses that need new websites or website redesigns
β’ Research potential leads (local + international)
β’ Reach out via cold calls, emails, or messages
β’ Pitch our web development services
β’ Follow up and help convert leads into clients
β’ Coordinate with our team once a deal is close
💰 Compensation:
β’ Pure commission-based role (no fixed salary)
β’ Earn per successful closed project
β’ Bonus incentives for hitting monthly targets
β’ Higher commissions for consistent performance
🧠 Who Weβre Looking For:
β’ Strong communication & persuasion skills
β’ Comfortable with outreach (calls/texts/emails)
β’ Self-motivated and results-driven
β’ Basic understanding of web development/services is a plus (not required)
β’ Experience in sales or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory
