Summary概述
1． 按时认真参加公司/车间/班组等组织的各种安全培训（包含食品安全培训），并考核通过。
2． 在安全及食品安全前提下，完成本班生产操作、维护生产设备正常运行、质量指标检测、保证产品指标合格。
3． 做好责任区内的日常点检、日常维护，5S推进等工作。
4． 不断提升本岗位的理论知识和技能操作水平。
5． 积极开展安全隐患排查和整改。
6． 监督好外来人员在车间工作，确保安全。
7． 上级安排的其他工作。
8． 遇到和发现问题及时汇报反馈，避免影响正常运行。
Key Duties and Tasks主要职责
1． 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求。
2． 执行所有工作流程和操作程序（SOP），记录过程控制参数。
3． 熟悉精炼生产工艺，熟练操作生产设备，履行岗位职责，保质保量完成生产任务。
4． 完成当班油品指标化验，及时向值班长反馈化验结果，并根据检测结果决定是否需要调整有关参数，使之最优。
5． 根据生产情况实时调整设备工作状况和参数，使之在最优状态工作，记录过程控制参数。
6． 按要求进行设备点检，配合值班长及维修人员完成设备的维护保养工作。
7． 监督外来施工人员施工等作业，确保安全和施工作业顺利进行。
8． 完成岗位/区域的5S工作的推进。
9． 及时处理有关报警信息。
10． 做好交接班相关工作。
11． 上级领导交办的其他事项。
Qualifications
Education教育背景
中技及以上学历，专业不限
Experience工作经历
从事食品，饲料，化工或粮油行业至少一年的工作经验
Competency能力
1． 富有团队合作精神，善于沟通，吃苦耐劳，认真负责的工作态度。
2． 良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
