岗位职责:
1.负责完成市场调研、用户调研,洞察目标用户价值和品牌态度变化;
2.负责分解公司海外品牌战略目标,策划年度并购区域市场品牌推广策略;
3.负责并购区域市场品牌推广计划的制定和实施,包括但不限于品牌发布活动、产品发布活动、展览活动、重要知识产权合作;
4.负责与国内品牌团队的跨部门协作,确保区域品牌推广项目与公司整体战略保持一致;
5.负责实施品牌本土化战略,确保品牌方案符合并购区域市场的法律法规和文化习俗;
6.负责维护品牌VI指南,以确保品牌在内容和愿景方面的一致性;
7.负责管理品牌项目的预算,并对每个项目的有效性进行评估;
8.负责监控品牌指标,以提高当地的品牌知名度、品牌偏好和品牌忠诚度;
9.负责构建和运营区域官方平台,包括官方网站和社交媒体账户,如脸书、推特、tiktok、youtube、instagram等。
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历,3年以上品牌或营销工作经验;
2.新闻传播、广告、市场营销或相关专业优先;
3.优秀的英语沟通和写作能力;
4.出色的阿拉伯语沟通和写作能力;
5.有汽车行业工作经验,掌握汽车行业基础知识者优先;
6.良好的沟通、协调和执行能力;
7.具备良好的项目规划和管理技能者优先考虑;
8.有现代、起亚、丰田、日产等汽车公司工作经验者优先。
