主要职责:
1.对新产品进行市场可行性研究,提出市场定位、产品定位、竞争定位和用户定位。定义产品概念和配置范围,并参与制定市场方程式。
2.负责根据战略、用户和竞争情况,为特定地区制定产品和开发优先级。监控产品定义目标的实现情况,并提炼关键卖点。
3.根据计划管理产品生命周期,根据市场、竞争和需求分析提出行动策略。
任职资格:
1.专业技能:
1.1 熟悉汽车基本结构与原理;
1.2 熟悉产品规划与开发流程;
1.3 熟练掌握常用产品规划工具与方法论,了解市场与用户调研流程及基本方法。
2. 综合素质:
2.1 热衷打造爆款产品;专注于汽车创新技术研究;具备敏锐的市场洞察力;拥有出色的口头表达与团队协作能力;高度负责且敬业精神强;擅长运用新方法解决问题;思维活跃,热爱学习;
2.2 具备出色的组织、协调、沟通及规划能力。
3.学历要求:本科及以上学历。
4.有产品规划或海外产品规划经验者优先。
5.其他:优先考虑持有有效驾照和至少一年实际驾驶经验的候选人。
