Role Description This is a full-time, on-site مندوب مبيعات وتطوير اعمال (Sales and Business Development Representative) role based in the Riyadh Region. The team member will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential and existing clients in the contracting and construction sector. Daily tasks include conducting client visits, presenting company services, following up on proposals, and negotiating terms in coordination with management. The role involves preparing basic sales reports, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The person in this role will also monitor market trends, gather competitor information, and suggest improvements to sales approaches and business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, and business development, ideally within contracting, construction, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Basic skills in market research, lead generation, and opportunity mapping to support business growth.
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients, site visits, and ongoing follow-ups.
• Comfort working on-site and visiting client locations across the Riyadh Region as required.
• Proficiency in Arabic and good working knowledge of English for business communication and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Preferred: Previous experience in the Saudi market and a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
