O3 OZoon is looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our store in Irbid.

We are seeking a passionate retail leader with proven experience in the fashion/apparel industry who can drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the daily operations of the store.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective leadership and execution.

* Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop the store team.

* Ensure exceptional customer service and an excellent in-store experience.

* Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement improvement plans.

* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and operational excellence.

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience as a Store Manager in the apparel/fashion retail sector.

✔️ Strong leadership and team development skills.

تعلن O3 OZoon عن حاجتها إلى مدير متجر يتمتع بالخبرة والكفاءة لقيادة متجرها في إربد.

نبحث عن قائد في مجال التجزئة يمتلك خبرة مثبتة في إدارة متاجر الألبسة، وقادر على تحقيق نمو في المبيعات، وتطوير فريق العمل، وتقديم تجربة تسوق استثنائية للعملاء.

المهام الرئيسية:

* الإشراف على الإدارة اليومية للمتجر وضمان سير العمليات بكفاءة.

* تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والعمل على تنمية الإيرادات.

* قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز فريق العمل وتطوير أدائه.

* تقديم أعلى مستويات خدمة العملاء.

* متابعة مؤشرات الأداء وتحليل النتائج ووضع خطط التحسين.

* المحافظة على معايير العرض البصري والانضباط التشغيلي داخل المتجر.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
