Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a بياع ومروج جمعيات تعاونية based in Shuwaikh. Responsibilities include promoting company products, building and maintaining relationships with co-op societies, identifying sales opportunities, managing inventory, and ensuring timely product displays and replenishments in cooperative societies. The role also involves monitoring the competitive market to provide insights for business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and relationship-building skills, with proven experience in managing business interactions with cooperative societies.
• Knowledge of inventory management and product placement strategies within retail or cooperative environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Organizational skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and deadlines.
• A deep understanding of the local market and the ability to analyze consumer trends effectively.
• Familiarity with the food and construction materials industry is a plus.
• Previous experience working in sales or promotions within Kuwait would be advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in sales or marketing is an advantage.
