Role Overview:
Conduct one monthly site visit to assess employee status, monitor workflow, and provide a professional report to management.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct a monthly field visit
• Evaluate performance and work environment
• Identify operational observations
• Submit a concise report with recommendations
