Job Description:

Abu Alnaga Group is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Senior Payroll Officer to manage end‑to‑end payroll operations and ensure full compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll expertise, excellent accuracy, and the ability to handle payroll for a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Handle salary calculations, deductions, allowances, overtime, and final settlements
• Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding employee data, benefits, and payroll changes
• Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports for management
• Address payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Support audits related to payroll and compensation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of payroll experience, preferably in a corporate or group environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with local labor law compliance is an advantage
