Business Operations & CRM Systems Specialist We are looking for a dynamic, business-minded, and tech-comfortable Business Operations & CRM Systems Specialist to help us get the most out of our CRM and related applications. This role is ideal for someone who learns fast, is business minded, and enjoys improving the way teams operate through better use of systems and technology. The person will act as a bridge between business needs and system capabilities, helping us make sure our tools truly support the company’s workflows, priorities, and growth. Main responsibilities: – Understand the company’s operational workflows and how teams currently use the CRM and related tools – Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement – Optimize CRM structure, workflows, and connected applications – Improve reporting, follow-up processes, visibility, and data quality – Support automation and process improvement initiatives – Coordinate with internal teams to understand needs and translate them into practical system improvements – Work with external support or service providers when needed – Help train, guide, and support users to improve system adoption across departments TheIdealCandidate should have a strong business sense with a good understanding of operational workflows. Be comfortable with CRM systems, digital business tools, and process logic. A fast learner, curious, hands-on, and solution-oriented and able to translate business needs into practical system and process improvements.
