Supply Chain Procurement Specialist (Sourcing & Purchasing) — (Full-Time, Remote – Egypt)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support supplier sourcing and onboarding; assist in RFQs and negotiations on pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
• Assist in building and updating landed cost breakdowns (unit cost, packaging, freight, duties, FBA fees).
• Manage and follow up on purchase orders: supplier coordination, QC/inspections, shipment preparation, and delivery to Amazon or 3PL.
• Track basic supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality issues) and report risks or delays.

Who You Are?

• Basic to solid understanding of sourcing and purchasing processes.
• Good communication skills with suppliers and internal teams; strong written and spoken English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and driven by a strong ownership and accountability mindset, with the ability to follow up consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience with consumer goods or Amazon FBA is a plus.
• Prior exposure to China suppliers is an advantage but not mandatory.
