Job Purpose

Our TA taem plays a key role in partnering with department heads and HR colleagues to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes. This role is about more than filling vacancies; it is about building strong pipelines, reducing time‑to‑hire and ensuring that hiring needs are met quickly without compromising quality. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and support the company’s growth through efficient recruitment execution. Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment Execution:

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles across assingned departments. For focus, you will be assigned specific business areas to focus on, but will partner with the entire HR team to be exposed to all hirings across mazeed.
• Prioritize speed and efficiency in filling positions while maintaining candidate quality.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical and high‑turnover roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and KPIs, ensuring that roles are only published with complete visibility for HR, applicants and Hiring Manager(s)
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to help departments make informed hiring decisions.
• Act as a TA partner, ensuring alignment between business needs and talent outcomes.
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a smooth process from application to offer.
• Support onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling, documentation and events where required
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives through authentic candidate engagement and communication

HR Operations Support

• Keep job descriptions updated and aligned with evolving structures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/HRIS.
• Provide recruitment reports and metrics to HR internally and management.
• Participating in broader HR initiatives beyond Talent Acquisition

Essential Skills And Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high‑volume or multi‑function environments.
• Demonstrted stories of ability to balance speed and quality in hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.

Desireable Skills And Qualifications

• Exposure to employer branding, HR operations or other domains within HR is a plus
• Technical hiring exposure is a strong plus
