The Job

You’ll be a co-creator of the product. Not an executor. Not a ticket-taker. Someone with the judgment to decide what to build, the skill to build it, and the obsession to make it work under real-world conditions.

You’ll write code, shape workflows, design product experiences, think through architecture, build AI agents, work directly with customers, and travel regularly to deployment sites to learn from live operations, failures, and edge cases. Then you’ll use those learnings to make the system smarter, faster, and more reliable. Repeat.

• Strong full-stack engineer. You’ve shipped real systems that real people depend on.
• High agency. You run toward ambiguity, not away from it.
• Product-minded. You see broken workflows and know what to build — without a PM telling you.
• AI-maxxing. You’ve internalized AI into how you think, build, and ship. You’re not experimenting with AI, you’re dependent on it.
• Energized by building where bits meet atoms. Software that controls robots, coordinates people, and runs real operations.
• Taste. You build products, not code. You care about the experience as much as the function, and you can tell when something works but still isn’t good enough.
• Willing to get on a plane, walk a site at midnight, and learn more in one shift than a month of Slack threads.

Must-Haves

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with real production experience
• Experience building with AI tools and working with LLM/agent-style systems
• Strong system design and architecture judgment
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure, observability, reliability, and deployment workflows
• Strong product instinct and ability to make good decisions without heavy process
• Comfortable working close to customers and traveling regularly to deployment sites
