Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5–8 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in the UAE
Experience in investment firms, financial services, consulting, or multi-entity environments preferred
Strong understanding of operational frameworks, compliance, and process optimization
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience working with banks, legal teams, and corporate service providers is a strong advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and ERP systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments
Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, SOPs, and workflows
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, investments) and external stakeholders (banks, partners, vendors)
Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution of ongoing projects and transactions
Support senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives and expansion plans
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and corporate requirements
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery standards
Oversee administrative functions, office management, and infrastructure requirements
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership
