Role Description
We are seeking a Wedding Planner for a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Wedding Planner, you will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, supporting client consultations, and ensuring flawless event execution that reflects each client’s vision and style.
Qualifications
- Experience in Event Planning, Wedding Planning and organizing large-scale occasions
- Develop and present creative wedding concepts tailored to clients’ preferences and budgets
- Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings from initial consultation to event completion
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Flexibility to balance work between on-site and remote environments
- Previous event planning experience in the UAE
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments gracefully
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
