Position Title: CRM Business Partner

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Business Partner (CRM Consultant) to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce, along with the ability to align CRM solutions with business objectives and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall CRM strategy, planning, and execution across the organization.
Manage and optimize CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Oversee integration between CRM and enterprise systems (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance within CRM systems.
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
Manage CRM upgrades, enhancements, and system performance.
Drive user adoption, training, and best practices across teams.
Lead and mentor CRM team members and external vendors when required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in CRM systems.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM.
Solid understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with APIs, data migration, and system customization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or similar).
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps).
Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
