We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Lingerie Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a keen eye for visual merchandising, and a deep understanding of fashion retail, particularly in lingerie and intimate apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Deliver a high level of personalized customer service, creating a welcoming and confident shopping experience
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to maximize revenue
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product replenishment efficiently
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with head office on promotions, campaigns, and operational updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (fashion/lingerie preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedules
