Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the HORECA sector
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Lead, train, and manage the HORECA sales team (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in HORECA/F&B sector
- Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Fluent in English
