We Supportmena Technologies are seeking a motivated SIRA-certified IT Sales Executive to drive sales of CCTV surveillance systems and IT solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards.

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for CCTV systems and related products/services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including property managers, businesses, and homeowners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Customer Service:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on CCTV system operation and maintenance.

Sales Reporting and Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote CCTV products/services.

Experience:

• sales experience preferably in the IT field or CCTV industry: 1 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• SIRA certification (Preferred)

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or IT related field preferred.
• SIRA Certification (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in CCTV, ELV, or IT sales is a plus point.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and basic IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and explain solutions to clients
• Valid UAE driving license (not a mandatory) and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
