We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Documentation Assistant to support our financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing and issuing commercial documents (Invoices, shipping documents, etc.)
* Support payment tracking and coordination with banks
* Handle courier shipments of original documents (DHL, etc.)
* Maintain accurate records of financial and administrative transactions
* Assist the accounting team with day-to-day tasks
Profile Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Organized and process-oriented mindset
* Trustworthy and reliable
