Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Machine Operator located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The Factory Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring equipment functionality. Key tasks include performing quality control checks, utilizing hand tools for maintenance or adjustments, and adhering to safety and operational guidelines. The operator will work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience with handling industrial machines
• Understanding of Quality Control practices and ability to ensure product and operational standards are met
• Skills in using Hand Tools and working directly with Machinery
• Strong Communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Basic technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
• Attention to detail and focus on safety during operations
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial setting is highly beneficial
