Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include promoting and presenting NAPCO PHARMA’s products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing information on product usage, benefits, and side effects. Additionally, the role involves market research, attending events, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, marketing, and the ability to effectively promote and position pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and healthcare industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, meetings, and sales documentation efficiently.
• Flexibility to work on-site and travel within assigned territories as needed.
• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related healthcare field is required.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and adapt to a competitive market environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is preferred.
