Job Description

Assist in carrying out general maintenance and repair works
Support technicians (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) as needed
Perform basic repairs (changing bulbs, minor plumbing, fixing doors, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment
Help in routine inspections of buildings and facilities
Assist in responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
Carry tools, materials, and equipment when required
Follow safety procedures and company policies

Requirement

Experience in building maintenance or property management
Familiarity with common maintenance tools and equipment
UAE experience is an advantage
