Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads), based in Baghdad with the flexibility to work remotely. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, specifically on Meta platforms. Key responsibilities include performance testing, monitoring ad performance, analyzing data, generating reports, and ensuring campaigns effectively meet business objectives. Collaboration with team members to develop strategies for success is a primary aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to assess campaign performance
• Performance Management and Performance Testing experience to optimize marketing campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
• Experience with Meta Ads and digital campaign platforms highly preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to work creatively and efficiently within deadlines

Responsibilities:

* Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns

* Test multiple creatives and audiences

* Monitor performance daily (CTR, CPM, cost per result)

* Scale winning campaigns and stop underperforming ads

* Work closely with design team to improve creatives

Must have:

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

* Strong understanding of campaign structure

* Experience in A/B testing

* Ability to explain past campaign results clearly
