Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented CRM to oversee our customer relationship management strategy. This role will focus on managing inbound and outbound leads, ensuring accurate and actionable CRM data, optimizing lead distribution, and improving customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycle. The CRM Lead Manager will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to ensure streamlined processes, enhanced client communication, and improved lead conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Management & Allocation:
Organize, assign, and monitor leads through the CRM. Ensure leads are tracked accurately from acquisition to conversion.
· CRM Optimization:
Ensure the CRM is updated, properly segmented, and structured for efficient use by sales and marketing teams. Recommend and implement system enhancements.
· Performance Monitoring:
Track key CRM KPIs such as response time, lead status progression, and agent performance. Generate detailed reports and actionable insights for management.
· Data Quality & Compliance:
Maintain high standards for data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the CRM. Identify and resolve duplicate or outdated records.
· Sales Support:
Support sales teams by providing real-time data, reminders for follow-ups, and insights to improve client interaction and conversion strategies.
· Cross-Team Collaboration:
Liaise with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with CRM workflows. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer journeys and automation strategies.
Requirements
· Proven experience in CRM management, sales operations, or lead management
· Proficiency with CRM platforms, and strong analytical/reporting skills
· Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
· Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
· Knowledge of real estate or experience managing high-volume leads is a significant advantage
· Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
