Role Description
The Assistant Manager is a key leadership role within the Audit & Assurance practice of RSM Lebanon, responsible for managing engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), IFRS/IAS, and RSM Global Quality Management standards (ISQM 1). The role involves overseeing audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables, regulatory compliance, and effective use of CaseWare audit software in line with RSM audit methodologies.
The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in supervising teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the firm’s commitment to audit quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
