What This Role Is About
Our client, a large regional FMCG company, is looking for a Sales Director, based in Saudi, to lead the overall sales strategy and drive commercial performance across the Kingdom.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, overseeing multi-channel operations, and ensuring strong revenue growth and market penetration.
You will lead sales teams, manage key distributor and customer relationships, and ensure effective execution across all channels.
You will also play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening trade execution, and driving alignment between sales, marketing, and supply chain functions.

In line with recent government developments on Saudisation requirements, the client is only considering Saudi Nationals for this role.
