Supervisor – Amer & Tasheel Center Full Time NEW

We are currently seeking a highly accomplished and service-oriented Supervisor to join our Amer & Tasheel Center. This role is suited for a dynamic professional with extensive experience in government service centers, a strong command of operations, and a proven ability to lead teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on supervision of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, accuracy, and efficiency across all functions
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline teams to consistently meet and exceed performance and service standards
• Manage customer interactions with a high level of professionalism, effectively resolving complaints and escalations
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure strict adherence to all Amer & Tasheel regulatory frameworks, policies, and service protocols
• Support workforce planning, training programs, and performance management processes
• Drive process optimization and contribute to enhancing overall operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven and substantial experience in Amer and/or Tasheel centers within the UAE is essential
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to enhance processes and improve service delivery outcomes
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
