Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Logistics Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Logistics Manager will oversee daily operations related to supply chain and logistics management while fostering client relationships through excellent sales and customer service efforts. Key responsibilities include managing shipping schedules, ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating with clients and partners, and implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to meet sales goals and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building client relationships and addressing customer needs
• Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management, including optimization of processes and operations
• Proficiency in coordinating with global teams, handling diverse stakeholders, and managing tight deadlines
• Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency with logistics software and tools
• Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a strong advantage
