Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, advising clients on investment opportunities. This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, a strong existing network, and a proven track record in closing deals

Key Responsibilities:

Strong client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and property portfolios
Ability to analyze data, assess client needs, and provide tailored property solutionsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in real estate is preferred.
Coordinate with developers to request availability, hold units, and arrange DLD forms

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience within the Dubai real estate market
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Valid UAE Driver’s License
