Role Description

You will serve as a Hotel Manager for a dynamic and customer-centric organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Saudi Arabia. The role encompasses managing daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing budgets, implementing sales strategies, managing food and beverage services, and supervising the reception area. You will be responsible for fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining operational efficiency and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service with a strong focus on relationship management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for operational efficiency
• Knowledge in Sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Understanding of Food & Beverage management within the hospitality industry
• Proven ability to oversee Receptionist Duties, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes
• Leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide staff
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant hotel management software is an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly in Arabic, are a plus
