Role Description

TEKVAL Solutions is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team remotely.

This is a remote, performance-based commission role focused on generating new business opportunities and helping TEKVAL secure new client projects.

The role is suitable for someone who is confident, self-motivated, professional, and interested in sales, business development, technology, startups, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and businesses seeking digital solutions
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Contact business owners, founders, and decision-makers professionally
• Present TEKVAL Solutions’ services clearly and confidently
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Follow up with leads and support the sales pipeline
• Book meetings with qualified prospects
• Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team
• Support the preparation of proposals and quotations when needed
• Assist in closing new client opportunities and contracts
• Report sales activities, leads, and progress regularly

Qualifications
