Roles & Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and support internal team members (Happy Helpers).
Hire qualified Tagalog-speaking domestic staff for clients.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
Help candidates create professional profiles and video introductions.
Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
Maintain UAE labor law compliance and handle visa/documentation processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years’ experience in HR or recruitment (domestic or blue-collar staffing preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
Proven experience hiring for GCC or European markets.
Fluent in English; Tagalog or Arabic is a plus.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
2+ years recruiting female domestic staff.
2+ years experience in Dubai/UAE.
HR certification (optional but preferred).
