About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable AI Engineer with academic background and hands-on experience in AI systems, LLM fine-tuning, and AI agent development to help design and build the core intelligence layer of our platform.

This is not an experimental prompt-writing role.

This is a systems engineering role focused on building real AI infrastructure, autonomous agents, and production-ready AI workflows using modern LLMs (including Claude and similar models).

You will play a key role in defining how AI is structured, orchestrated, and embedded across the entire product.

Your Role & Impact

AI Architecture & System Design

• Design end-to-end AI systems powering core product functionality

• Architect scalable AI workflows, multi-agent systems, and automation pipelines

• Define how AI agents interact across different business functions (validation, insights, growth, recommendations)

• Ensure systems are optimized for performance, cost, reliability, and scalability

• Build the foundational AI layer of the platform (not just features)

AI Agent Development & Automation Systems

• Develop autonomous AI agents that execute real business tasks

• Build agents for:

Idea validation and feasibility analysis

Market research and insight generation

Experiment design and growth testing

Implement multi-step reasoning, tool use, memory, and decision pipelines

Design structured output systems for reliable, production-ready results

Create automated AI workflows that replace manual operational processes

Model Integration, Fine-Tuning & Optimization

• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (Claude and other leading models) for domain-specific use cases

• Optimize prompts, context structures, and retrieval systems (RAG where needed)

• Improve model accuracy, consistency, and reasoning quality over time

• Balance performance, cost, and latency for production usage

• Continuously evaluate and improve AI output quality using feedback loops

AI System Execution & Ownership

• Translate product and business requirements into functional AI systems

• Build and deploy AI-powered features end-to-end (design → build → test → production)

• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI systems into the platform

• Own the AI layer of the product architecture

• Make technical decisions on AI frameworks, orchestration, and infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• Strong hands-on experience building AI systems or LLM-based applications

• Proven experience with AI agents, automation systems, or workflow orchestration

• Familiarity with fine-tuning, prompting strategies, or RAG systems

• Experience working with Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs

• Strong understanding of AI limitations, evaluation methods, and reliability challenges

• Ability to build production-level systems (not just prototypes)

• Strong builder mindset — fast execution, iteration, and ownership

• Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments with ambiguity

• Availability: 15- 20 hours per week minimum
