Role Purpose
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling the successful coordination, tracking, and organizing of Coaching & Mentoring initiatives. This role partners closely with L&D leaders, facilitators, vendors, coaches, and business stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end C&M projects, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
This position requires strong project coordination skills, stakeholder management, and experience supporting complex learning programs across multiple audiences.
