Job Summary

Medworks is looking for a result-driven Finance & Operations Manager who can bring structure, control, and scalability into our fast-growing medical device business.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead financial planning, cash flow management & cost control

* Implement and optimize operational processes & SOPs across departments

* Drive process automation, efficiency, and compliance (VAT, audit readiness)

* Manage receivables, payables, and working capital cycles

* Align finance with business operations to support growth & profitability

* Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams for smooth execution

Requirements

* Proven experience in Finance + Operations role (UAE preferred)

* Strong background in process implementation & business structuring

* Experience handling cash flow challenges, credit cycles & vendor management

* Knowledge of VAT, audit, and compliance in UAE

* Hands-on, execution-focused mindset (not just reporting)

* Experience in medical devices / healthcare distribution is a strong advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience handling inventory accounting and warehouse reconciliation is strongly preferred.
