Customer Service
Job Description :
- Ensure excellent customer experience by serving customer needs and processing sales.
- Trial room management as per customer traffic.
- To be polite and helpful when dealing with customer queries or complaints – referring them to DM/ SM/SO when necessary.
Inventory Management
- Support in maintenance of stock through continuous management of stock levels and availability on floor through inward, outward and stock replenishment functions. Where stock room stock levels are low, must inform DM/SM/SO.
- Receiving and verifying merchandise shipment quality and quantity along with unpacking and categorizing assistance.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Presentable and pleasant personality.
Must have at least passed SSC or possess equivalent qualifications.
Must be able to speak English fluently. Knowledge of one of the local languages would be advantageous.
